Brilliant Lady is the newest Lady and the first one positioned outside the Atlantic. Her maiden voyage was September 2025 from New York. Starting May 2026, she becomes Virgin's first Alaska ship, running 7 and 12-night Inside Passage sailings from Seattle and Vancouver. After the Alaska season closes in September, she repositions down the Pacific Coast, runs Mexican Riviera roundtrips from LA, and finishes the year with a Panama Canal transit to Miami in October and November. New venue onboard: Rojo, the Spanish evening concept replacing Razzle Dazzle's dinner setup.

Most cruise ships are built from a catalog: marble-effect veneer, stamped-brass railings, the same drop-ceiling everywhere. Virgin did the opposite. They hired Roman & Williams (the studio behind Ace Hotel NYC and Le Coucou) for the public spaces, Concrete Amsterdam (W Hotels) for The Manor nightclub, Tom Dixon for The Wake, and Softroom for the cabins. The result is a 1,400-cabin ship that reads more like a boutique hotel chain than a floating mall.
Brilliant was built at Fincantieri's Sestri Ponente yard in Genoa, the same shipyard that builds for Seabourn, Silversea, and the smaller Holland America fleet. She's the fourth and newest Lady, with the latest-generation engines and methanol-ready propulsion, meaning the engines can switch to a lower-carbon fuel once the global supply chain catches up. Brilliant Lady debuts Rojo in 2026, the Spanish evening concept that takes over Razzle Dazzle's dinner service. Tapas-led menu, full paella service, an extensive Iberian wine list, sherry pairings on request. Daytime Razzle Dazzle (the vegetarian-forward bistro and Sunday drag brunch) keeps running as usual.
She's also the newest Lady, with the latest-generation engines and methanol-ready propulsion, meaning she can switch to a lower-carbon fuel once the global supply chain matures. She's the only Lady built specifically with that capability from the start.
The rest of the lineup is the shared VV core that runs on every Lady: The Wake (Tom Dixon's steakhouse), Pink Agave (modern Mexican), Test Kitchen (chef's-counter tasting), Extra Virgin (Italian), Gunbae (Korean BBQ at communal tables), and The Galley (the daytime food hall with seven counters). Plus The Manor nightclub, the Sun Club, Aquatic Club, Redemption Spa, the Athletic Club, and the open-air running track on deck 16. Brilliant Lady has the most unusual 2026 of any Lady. From May through September she runs Alaska Inside Passage routes from Seattle and Vancouver, the first time Virgin has ever positioned a ship on the West Coast. Voyages range from 7 to 12 nights, with the longer ones including extended glacier cruising.
After the Alaska season closes, she repositions down the Pacific Coast to Los Angeles, runs Mexican Riviera roundtrips, and finishes the year with a Panama Canal transit from LA to Miami over October and November.
