Most travel agents try to be useful across every cruise line, every all-inclusive resort, every airline. The result is broad, shallow knowledge and a quote-comparison tool. I took the other path: pick one line, sail every Lady in the fleet, and build the work around what that line doesn't include. Advice. Planning. The specific judgment that comes from knowing a ship before you board it.
Same fare as booking direct, every time. Virgin sets the price, I can't undercut it or add to it. What's different is everything between the booking screen and the gangway: the cabin pick that avoids the wrong deck, the dining reservations sequenced right during the 45-day window, and a sailor on email from the day you book through the day you disembark.

ChartMyVoyage is my Virgin Voyages practice. I'm a Certified First Mate (Gold tier) with Virgin Voyages, working under Fora Travel as the host agency. Gold tier is Virgin's top advisor designation, awarded based on volume and competence.
Reply to most emails comes within 12 hours, the rest within 24. Calls happen on whatever you prefer: phone, FaceTime, Zoom. I don't insist on phone time you don't want.

WSET Level 3. Which matters more on VV than you'd think.
Wine's a long-standing passion of mine. I finally got serious about it and earned WSET Level 3, harder than what most working sommeliers hold. I was skeptical about Virgin Voyages on day one. Floating-resort wine programs are usually a polite way to describe nothing-to-write-home-about labels poured by the case. Oh boy was I wrong. The lists at The Wake, Extra Virgin, Pink Agave, and Test Kitchen are real lists with real bottles, and the Bar Tab credit is how you spend on them. When we chart your voyage, I'll tell you which bottles to chase, which restaurants run the more interesting pours, and how to stretch the Bar Tab.
